Delante de la casa se encuentra situada la parada de autobús en la que se toman las principales líneas de autobús de la ciudad ( incluida las lineas 2  y 4, que llevan a la universidad). La casa se encuentra en plena zona comercial.

The house is on the second floor, at 36 Gran Via Street. In front of the house, you can find the bus stops for most of the bus lines in the city (including lines number 2 and 4, which go to the university. The house is in the heart of the commercial district.
